Medication at School
Medications
If your child requires medication at school, please take note of the following:
- We are only permitted to administer medication that is prescribed by a doctor (no over-the-counter medications are permitted at school.)
- All medications must be kept in the school office. (not in backpacks, lunchbags, etc.)
- Medications must come to school in their original prescription bottle which clearly shows medication name, dosage, date and student name.
- Medication must be accompanied by a signed release form detailing dosing instructions, time of day, duration, etc. (Administration of Prescribed Medication to Students Form A)
