To limit non-essential visitors to schools, families are required to register online for both the current school year (2021-22) and the next school year (2022-23)

Please fill out the attached registration, scan the following required documents, and email to aljs@hrce.ca.

    Proof of Identity – birth certificate, passport, immigration papers or adoption papers
    Proof of Civic Address – current utility or phone bill
    Proof of medical insurance - health card

Registration is not complete until we confirm acceptance.

Children who are enrolled in Pre-Primary do not need to re-register for primary.

Out-of-Area Requests opens April 1st @ 8:00am.  Forms (including online application) can be found on the HRCE website.  Out-of-Area is not offered for Pre-Primary, your family must live within the English boundary of the school that offers this program.

Printed Registration Forms are available for pick up at the office.
